If you want a custom instrument, then we need to have a long talk. I build because it is a passion for me. It is an outlet for artistic expression in both form and sound. I love the music and love to build the instruments that produce it. Each instrument is an artistic expression, so I don't have standard models or catalogs, and I am proud of that. Things that I can customize for you are wood species, color and decoration, binding, hardware, set-up and neck size and shape and those things that personalize the instrument.
 
My Payment Policy: A deposit of 25% (non-refundable) is due at start of work, the remaining balance plus shipping costs is due prior to shipping. I can also work with you on a payment plan in certain circumstances. I prefer a personal or business check made out to Dave Talsma. Payment in full will be required when ordering a custom Cedar Creek instrument case. International sales are possible, but I have no idea what shipping costs are or what your taxes or tariffs will add to the cost.
 
Warranty:
In my 15 years of building, no one has ever asked for a refund. I believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If for ANY reason that the original owner of one my instruments is EVER dissatisfied with the product, I will repair, replace or provide a partial or full refund as is appropriate. Of course, neglect, abuse or accident is not covered.
